Relation of brother and sister is very unique and of supporting nature. They fight with each other, but stand with each other in a bad phase of life. Now in this modern age, meaning of brothers and sisters have changed completely. They can murder for property and money.
Episode 2208 of Savdhaan India is all about brother and sister. Whole crime story revolves around Meenakshi, Manu and Komal who lives in New Delhi. Meenakshi is elder sister of Manu and Komal, who runs a construction business after the death of their parents. She has grown the business in a very short span of time. However, She got her brother Manu married to Maya Khanna. Maya does not like Meenakshi and jealous with Meenakshi's success. Meenakshi and Uday know each other for the last 3 years. Uday is already married, but got divorced recently. They like each other and wanted to get married, because Meenakshi was pregnant. Meenakshi tells their decision to her brother Manu, younger sister Komal and sister-in-law Maya. All were very happy to know that and got them married through court. Komal insisted Uday to live with them and join Meenakshi's business as CEO. Uday agreed to Komal's requests, which Maya did not like it. She even talk about this to Manu, but Manu did not listed to this.
Meenakshi and Uday did the planning to go to honeymoon through car. On the way to Shimla, their car got stopped by a bike. When Uday objected to this, biker borne person pulled out a revolver and shot Meenakshi. Meenakshi died on the spot and police arrests Uday for the murder of Meenakshi. Police suspects that Uday got Meenakshi murdered after getting rights into the property and business. Uday rejected their claims, but Police didn't believe him. His first wife Kaamna got him bail and released him.
Uday tells Manu, Kamana and Maya that he did not kill Meenakshi. Even, he gave papers which states that he has no claim on Meenakshi's property. Thereafter, family believe him and started their process to find out real killers of Meenakshi. They contacted Pinki who was personal assistant to Meeenkashi and got to know about Bhalla who was last spoken to Meenakshi. Komal, Manu and Uday visits Bhalla, but he says that he did not get Meenakshi murdered. On the way back, somebody kidnapped Manu.
Manu somehow contacts Komal through mobile. Komal takes help of Police to rescue Manu and kidnapper arrested. Kidnapper told Police that Maya contacted him to kidnap Manu. Police arrests Maya, but Maya rejects their claim.

मीनाक्षी और उदय पिछले 3 वर्षों से एक दूसरे को जानते हैं। उदय पहले से ही शादी कर चुके हैं, लेकिन हाल ही में तलाक हो गया। वे एक दूसरे को पसंद करते हैं और शादी करना चाहते है, क्योंकि मीनाक्षी गर्भवती है । मीनाक्षी ने अपने भाई मनू, छोटी बहन कोमल और भाभी माया को अपना निर्णय बताया। सभी को यह जानकर बहुत खुशी हुई कि उन्हें अदालत में शादी करनी है। कोमल ने उदय को उनके साथ रहने और सीईओ के रूप में मीनाक्षी के कारोबार में शामिल होने का आग्रह किया। उदय कोमल के अनुरोधों पर सहमत हुए, जो माया को यह पसंद नहीं था। वह भी मनु को इस बारे में बात करती है, लेकिन मनु ने इस बारे में नहीं बताया।
मीनाक्षी और उदय ने कार के माध्यम से हनीमून जाने की योजना बनाई थी। शिमला के रास्ते में, उनकी गाड़ी एक बाइक से बंद हो गई। जब उदय ने इस पर आपत्ति जताई, तो बाइकर के एक व्यक्ति ने रिवाल्वर को निकाला और मीनाक्षी को गोली मार दी। मीनाक्षी मौके पर मौत हो गई और पुलिस ने मीनाक्षी की हत्या के लिए उदय को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। पुलिस को संदेह है कि संपत्ति और व्यवसाय में अधिकार मिलने के बाद उदय ने मीनाक्षी की हत्या कर दी थी। उदय ने अपने दावों को खारिज कर दिया, लेकिन पुलिस ने उसे विश्वास नहीं किया। उनकी पहली पत्नी कामना ने उन्हें जमानत दी और उन्हें रिहा कर दिया।
उदय मनु, कामना और माया को बताता है कि उन्होंने मीनाक्षी को नहीं मार दिया। यहां तक कि उन्होंने कागजात दिए जो बताते हैं कि उनके पास मीनाक्षी की संपत्ति पर कोई दावा नहीं है। इसके बाद, परिवार ने उस पर विश्वास किया और मीनाक्षी के असली हत्यारों को खोजने के लिए उनकी प्रक्रिया शुरू की। उन्होंने पिंकी से संपर्क किया, जो मीनकाशी के निजी सहायक थे और उन्हें भल्ला के बारे में पता चला जो कि आखिर में मीनाक्षी से बात की थी। कोमल, मनु और उदय भल्ला का दौरा करते हैं, लेकिन वे कहते हैं कि उन्होंने मीनाक्षी की हत्या नहीं की थी। वापस रास्ते में, किसी ने मनु का अपहरण कर लिया
मनु किसी तरह संपर्क मोबाइल के माध्यम से कॉमल कोमल ने मनू और अपहरणकर्ता को गिरफ्तार करने के लिए पुलिस की मदद ली किडनपेपर ने पुलिस को बताया कि माओ ने मनु से अपहरण करने के लिए उनसे संपर्क किया। पुलिस ने माया को गिरफ्तार किया, लेकिन माया ने उनका दावा खारिज कर दिया।
कैसे मोनू का अपहरण कर लिया, अगर माया नहीं? मीनाक्षी की हत्या के पीछे व्यक्ति कैसे है? मीनाक्षी की हत्या के पीछे हत्यारे का मकसद क्या है? क्या उदय की मौत हो गई है या माया की मौत हो गई है या कामना मारे गए या कई लोग मीनाक्षी को मार डाला?
